This course is an instructor led presentation in a classroom setting.
Learning Objectives
Know your responsibilities under the TDG Act and Regulations
Recognize the labels, placards, and safety markings which identify dangerous goods
Be able to use the TDG Employee Handbook as a reference
Use a checklist before accepting dangerous goods, in order to make that safety marks
and documents are correct
Research and create a inventory of dangerous goods list of products relevant to your
operation, showing the Shipping Name, Classification, UN#, and packing
Group/Category of each
Meet the training requirements for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)

This course is approximately 4 hours
Testing
Workers must achieve at least 80% on the final exam in order to pass the course.
